From a single cone to a high speed motorway closure, our fleet of specially designed vehicles, multiphase traffic control systems, battery powered traffic lights, solar powered VMS signs and semi permanent systems, offer a range of comprehensive specialist equipment to our clients when planning temporary traffic management schemes.

Each scheme we undertake is unique and is treated as such from the outset. Our people are passionate about delivering a safe, well designed scheme to maximise site safety and minimise disruption to other road users.

As you would expect from an established traffic management company, we are fully accredited to the Lantra sector schemes 12A, 12B, 12C and 12D, as well as a number of other traffic management accreditations which are available to see within the Accreditations page.

Traffic Management Surveying

Our fully trained and experienced surveyors liaise with our clients and jointly agree with all stakeholders: the optimum traffic management solution for each project.

From a small road to high-speed and motorway works, we are able to provide a traffic management solution for your project. We aim to meet every client on site before the commencement of works to ensure we understand and appreciate the issues that surround each traffic management project, to enable us to translate those points into the correct solution.

Each project is issued with a unique method statement, risk assessment and scale drawings for final approval by the client and local authorities. Renteq Highways surveyors will have gained a number of years experience on the road to ensure a clear understanding of how a proposed scheme will work and be able to translate this from the drawing board into a fully assessed scheme.

In conjunction with our surveyors, our production facility is able to liaise with the customer and traffic management operatives to ensure a smooth efficient service, from the point of order through to delivery to our clients.

Our Technology

ConeRQ - Bespoke Traffic Management Software

Each Renteq Highways vehicle is equipped with a live telematics tracking system, enabling us to deploy teams and assets with maximum efficiency. This real-time tracking capability allows us to respond instantly to changing client needs, for example, by re-routing a crew to a new site as priorities shift. Accurate data on time spent on site is readily available, providing full transparency and reassurance that we deliver exactly as promised. Should a delay arise during transit, we proactively contact the client before they need to call us.

To further enhance our operational efficiency and maintain our position at the forefront of the industry, we use a fully digitised management system known as ConeRQ. This software integrates every stage of our workflow, from site meetings, design and quotations to dispatch, installation, maintenance, collections, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.

Each traffic management team is equipped with a PDA device loaded with remote working software. This allows instant access to essential documentation such as risk assessments, method statements, and site drawings. GPS integration ensures each vehicle is routed efficiently, while live traffic data enables dynamic re-routing to avoid delays and reduce downtime.

All onsite paperwork is electronically submitted to a secure database. Within 30 minutes of a delivery or job completion, a signed confirmation ticket can be sent to the client, ensuring fast, accurate, and accountable reporting.

Our advanced archiving system retains extensive data for every project, giving clients access to historical and current documentation whenever required – for both immediate needs and future reference.
